MY ORDER ISN'T PROCESSING, BUT I HAVE FUNDS AVAILABLE ON MY CARD.

There may be a mismatch between the billing and shipping addresses you've provided. We can only ship to the billing address registered with your bank. Alternatively, you can use PayPal for payment if you're shipping to a confirmed address.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Orders usually process and ship within 3-5 business days. If you've selected Express or Quick Shop options at checkout, your order will ship the next day if placed before 5 PM EST.

WHY WAS I CHARGED TWICE?

If you see duplicate pending transactions on your account, don’t worry—you haven’t been charged twice. This is likely a double authorization, which can happen if you click "confirm" multiple times during checkout. Your bank will remove one of the authorizations within 24-72 hours, ensuring you’re only charged once.

HOW DO I USE STORE CREDIT AND A COUPON CODE?

To use a coupon code, enter it in the discount code section during checkout. You’ll also find a space for notes—feel free to include your discount code there as well. Once your order ships, the discount will be applied to your store credit or payment method accordingly.
