Terms & Conditions

By placing an order on RedevelopHER.shop, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Shipping Policy

  • Please allow 3–5 business days to receive your order after fulfillment and shipment.

  • All orders are shipped via UPS, unless going to a USPS PO Box or Military FPO/APO/DPO address.

  • Tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout once the order is shipped.

  • Orders including bags valued at $200 or more will require signature confirmation upon delivery.

  • RedevelopHER is not responsible for missed or rescheduled deliveries by UPS.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • No cancellations. No refunds. Store credit or exchange only. No exceptions.

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 calendar days of delivery.

  • Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.

  • Shipping fees, taxes, and discounts are excluded from store credit.

  • Items received after 14 days will not be accepted and will be returned at the customer’s expense.

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or sent in error by RedevelopHER.

  • To begin a return, email us at support@redevelopHER.shop. Returns without prior communication will be refused.

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for return processing and store credit issuance.

Order Confirmation

By placing an order, you confirm:

  • The correct item, size, color, and quantity were selected.

  • Your shipping and email address are accurate.

  • You understand and agree to our Shipping and Return policies.

  • RedevelopHER is not liable for how products are handled after delivery.

  • All items should be inspected upon arrival for any issues.

To stop receiving messages, reply with:

(Other requests may not be recognized.)

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, supply chain issues, etc.).

Severability

If any part of this agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining sections remain fully in effect.

You affirm you have the authority to agree to these terms. Continued use of the site or services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
